Our list of projects is long, ranging from fictional futuristic environments to realistic historic reconstructions; we’d be delighted to show you a few example projects we have completed. You can arrange the sequence of examples for vrbn solutions to show individual projects or vrbn studios for projects using our ready-to-use assets.
This real-time demo was crafted to showcase our large-scale procedural 3D urban environments in a game-like experience.
This showcase presents an overview of services we provided to the City of Zurich (Switzerland), in the context of their 3D Digital Twin of the city called 'Zuerich4D'. The bulk of our work was in relation to the historic 3D city models (3000BC, 1800), but also included consulting on the GIS data model.
This project is about designing an 'Ideal City' in the context of contemporary urban fabric. We are happy to have completed yet another project with our friends at the Ideal Spaces Working Group (ISWG). This project is a great example of how vrbn can go from early conceptual sketches of an urban environment to a photorealistic animation in record time.
The 'Architecture Biennale' is the world's most famous architecture related exhibition. It's held (as the name says) every two years, in beautiful Venice, Italy. In the context of our activities for the Ideal Spaces Working Group, we were tasked to create a sequence of 3D worlds.
We had the opportunity to provide the City of Zurich with the 3D models for their 'pastZurich' AR app. The lakeside settlement models are a continuation of a previous VR project we did together with the City of Zurich. We are incredibly happy to see these buildings come to life once again.
'Transport Fever 2' is the title of a very successful Swiss transport simulation game for PC. During the game's production, we were tasked with creating over 500 3D buildings, for 3 different historic 'eras'.
'King Sakir' is one of the most famous Middle Eastern kids cartoon series. For this full length movie that was shown in the cinemas, we were tasked to help with the creation of a full 3D representation of a large portion of Istanbul in Turkey. The base for the city was GIS data, which we then creatively interpreted.
"Back When" is an inspiring student short film made at the Mediadesign University of Applied Sciences, in Munich (Germany). vrbn studios 3D buildings were used in the world creation.
This project was a creative collaboration with Kenya based Ikweta Arts. vrbn studios provided the 3d buildings and 3d environments, while Ikweta provided matte painting and comp work. We thank for the great collaboration!
To showcase some of our content, we created this game engine based demo. Please play the demo, read the PDF and reach out if you'd like to hear more!
